The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Caffè Manager to lead one of our bustling Cambridge sites. You’ll be at the heart of the action—overseeing daily operations, supporting and developing the team, and ensuring that every customer walks away feeling looked after and inspired to return.

What you’ll do:
• Lead and motivate a passionate front-of-house team
• Deliver consistently warm, efficient, and knowledgeable service
• Manage rotas, stock, and daily operations smoothly
• Drive team development and support onboarding/training
• Work closely with senior management to implement new ideas and seasonal offers
• Help maintain our high standards in food, coffee, and customer experience

What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant or hospitality management role
• A hands-on approach with strong leadership and communication skills
• Calm under pressure, organised, and solutions-focused
• A natural host who creates a welcoming environment for both customers and team
• Passion for food, coffee, and the little details that make a big difference
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety best practices
