We’re opening in Oxford in late 2025 and are looking for an experienced Senior Pizza Chef to lead our kitchen team. If you’re passionate about authentic pizza making and ready to take on a senior role in a busy, lively pizzeria, this is a fantastic chance to develop your career with us.

You’ll have the following:

  • Experience of working as a senior pizza chef in a busy pizzeria

  • Knowledge and experience of making dough from scratch

  • Understand and be passionate about the food we make

  • Capable of maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards

  • Organised and tidy

  • Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced but fun and friendly environment

If you love the craft of pizza-making, have a positive, can-do attitude, and enjoy working independently in a fast-paced kitchen, we’d love to hear from you. Opportunities are available for both early morning and evening shifts.

You should have previous experience and a good understanding of the art of pizza-making, along with the ability to thrive working independently in a busy environment.

Kitchen Assistant

📍 Oxford | Full-time I Permanent I Up to £12.21 an hour + benefits

We’re excited to be opening in Oxford in late 2025 and are looking for motivated Kitchen Assistants to join our team. If you enjoy working behind the scenes, supporting a busy kitchen, and learning new skills in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the preparation of excellent quality food: peeling, chopping, cutting and supporting the chefs whenever required

  • To wash and dry kitchen pots and utensils and to ensure their proper storage

  • To ensure that the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic

  • To clean the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas

  • To sort, store and distribute ingredients

  • To assist in stock-taking and storage, including checking deliveries

  • To report any problems to the shift leader or to one of the directors

  • To adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertake relevant training and development activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems

Requirements:

  • To be able to work independently and as part of a team, to be willing to learn

  • To be able to work efficiently within a busy high-pressured kitchen

  • Highly organised and punctual, driven to learn in a busy environment

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Great understanding of the importance of health and hygiene
