We’re opening in Oxford in late 2025 and looking for friendly, enthusiastic Baristas to join our team. If you love great coffee, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a busy environment, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll be the friendly face welcoming customers, crafting top-quality drinks, and keeping the café running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities include:
Welcome customers, guide them through their orders and take payments
Make and serve top quality coffee and other drinks
Keeping a clean coffee shop, equipment, and utensils
Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls
Work independently and as part of a team and be willing to learn
You’ll have the following:
Understand and be passionate about the coffee and food we make
Polite and hard-working with an ability to cope under pressure
Organised and tidy
Great customer service skills
